The Canton of Fribourg\u2019s State Council sought to enhance alignment and strategic clarity across its initiatives, focusing on climate commitment, legislative achievements, and future planning. With the 2021 elections and increasing expectations for environmental accountability, the Council aimed for a unified approach to communicate its climate plan, report legislative progress, and define a strategic vision for the new term. The goal was to foster alignment, structure, and impactful communication across Council members, reinforcing a collegial and cohesive approach.<\/p>\n

NewElement led three key projects with the State Council of Fribourg. First, NewElement facilitated the Council\u2019s alignment with the Canton’s climate plan through a series of workshops with both the Conseil d’\u00c9tat and general secretaries, fostering shared commitment. A comprehensive communication and engagement strategy was also developed to build public awareness and support. Second, NewElement guided the creation of the Council’s legislative report by organizing workshops to gather input from members and co-developing the report\u2019s concept and content. Lastly, NewElement supported the Council in crafting a strategic plan for the new legislative term, leading workshops to set priorities and collaboratively shaping the strategy document.<\/p>\n
