Le Conseil d'\u00c9tat du canton de Fribourg a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'alignement et la clart\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique de ses initiatives, en mettant l'accent sur l'engagement climatique, les r\u00e9alisations l\u00e9gislatives et la planification future. NewElement a dirig\u00e9 trois projets cl\u00e9s avec le Conseil d'\u00c9tat de Fribourg. Tout d'abord, NewElement a facilit\u00e9 l'alignement du Conseil avec le plan climatique du canton \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d'ateliers avec \u00e0 la fois le Conseil d'\u00c9tat et les secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, favorisant ainsi un engagement partag\u00e9. Une strat\u00e9gie de communication et d'engagement compl\u00e8te a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour sensibiliser et mobiliser le public. Deuxi\u00e8mement, NewElement a guid\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation du rapport l\u00e9gislatif du Conseil en organisant des ateliers pour recueillir les contributions des membres et co-d\u00e9velopper le concept et le contenu du rapport. Enfin, NewElement a soutenu le Conseil dans l'\u00e9laboration d'un plan strat\u00e9gique pour le nouveau mandat l\u00e9gislatif, en animant des ateliers pour d\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s et fa\u00e7onner collaborativement le document strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n
